The trip provided students with a valuable opportunity to observe landforms and phenomena studied in the classroom up close as well as begin preparations for their NEA, through visits to Malton, Scarborough, Wetwang, and Flamborough Head.On the first day, students visited Malton, a historic market town, to explore the impacts of rural regeneration and the towns development over time. Students conducted surveys and mapped land use, focusing on how the towns economy, infrastructure, and social life have been shaped by both historical and modern influences.
