b'Sunshine daysSchools out at last, and now Im really free,No rules, no tests, just time for fun and me.I wake up late and stay out in the sun,With friends around, each day is full of fun.We laugh and play until the sky turns red,Then watch the stars appear above our head.I ride my scooter fast down every street,The wind is cool, the sun is warm and sweet. We climb up trees and splash in streams all day,And build big forts from sticks along the way.No uniforms, no teachers, no more stress,Just summer days in shorts and making mess!At night I sit and dream beneath the sky,And think of birds and how they get to fly.I feel like them, with nothing in my way,Just empty time to fill up how I may.The summer gives me space to just be me,And every day feels full of energy.Mavrick SahotaBy the shoreline, waves whisper tales of old,Footprints left in sand, a fleeting embrace,Seagulls soar higher, their cries call us home,Summer time Sunsets ablaze, where the sky meets the sea,In summers glow, the days stretch long and bright, Time seems to pause, in this Eden we roam,The sun ascends, casting gold on the earth, Natures embrace, a promise to renew.Childrens laughter dances through the warm air, As twilight falls, our hearts gather like fire,With ice cream dripping, sweet joy fills the heart, Stories are shared round the crackling flames,Picnics spread wide on blankets, dreams unfold, With marshmallows toasted, and stars in our eyes,While fireflies emerge, painting night with stars.
