b'Even though the Covid-19 pandemic meant that we had to stay at home and avoid social interactions, we were not going to let the virus stop us keeping fit!During this anxious time, exercise helped to play a role in keeping our minds clear and focused. While it was hard for a lot of us to do the sort of exercise we would normally do, we found ways to look after our physical and mental health and have some fun at the same time.Many of us completed regular online workouts, with some pupils getting creative by producing their own videos. Others competed in Mr Gallaghers PE Challenges to achieve new personal bests! Participating in this regular physical activity helped us to improve our fitness, mental health and key skills such as strength, balance and flexibility.36'
