General Assistant (Catering)
REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE SCHOOL KITCHEN
39 weeks per year
Point 1 £20,258 (Pro Rata £7,765.92)
Hourly Rate £10.50
We are committed to providing an excellent catering service to our students and staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.
General Assistant – 16 hours per week
The hours will be Monday and Friday 10am to 2pm, Tuesday to Thursday 10:30am to 2pm. Shift patterns may be altered depending on service needs, Monday to Friday during term time.
Duties include assisting with the preparation of food, serving students, cleaning the dining hall, moving dining furniture, till operator, washing up, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
Previous experience desirable, but training will be given. Candidates must be willing to undertake the Level 2 Food Safety and any other relevant training.
