Year 13 students recently took part in the LionHeart Challenge, a business challenge experience which took place in school. The students had to design and present a futuristic media device. Each of the groups came up with very different ideas and the photos show the winning groups, along with Headteacher, Mr Bird, Assistant Headteacher, Mr Conway and Deputy Head of Sixth Form, Miss Hurley.
GCSE and A Level certificates are now available for collection from school.

On Wednesday 31st October, Year 12 are on a Study Day and are
not required to come into school on that day.
Year 13 are involved in the
“Lionheart Challenge” and are obliged to come to school as normal.
Raeon Mignott in Year 13 has been selected for the West Midlands Football Squad at Under 18 level. Congratulations!
Year 8 beat Hampstead Hall School 6 – 4 in the Aston League
Year 7 beat Broadway School 6 – 4 in the Aston Cup
Year 11 beat Baverstock 3 – 0 in the Birmingham Cup
Year 8 beat John Henry Newman 5 – 2 in the Birmingham Cup with Suhja Mehmood scoring 4 goals!
Well done to Josef Fieven 9G who is currently the 14th best cyclist in the UK from the National Trophy Series Round 1!
