b'BRIDGE TRUSTBRIDGE TRUST SOCIETY REPORT 2021The Society operates in two ways: as a social organisation for its members and to manage the sporting facilities at its Romilly Avenue sports ground. No social events have been possible since March 2020, due to Covid restrictions and a reluctance of members to expose themselves to risk; but work to keep the sports ground in good condition never stopped. Members continued to volunteer to undertake essential maintenance and development work throughout the year. Both football and cricket were played during breaks in lockdown periods and archery was added to the existing sporting options.Football recommenced in September and a full years programme is expected.
